What happens if someone doesn't return a battery?
Every rental is tied to a payment method. If a battery is not returned within the allowed window, a lost battery fee is charged to the user on file. Partners do not carry this risk.
Do staff need to manage rentals or returns?
No. The process is fully app-led and self-serve. Guests scan, rent, and return through the ChargerGoGo journey, so staff involvement is minimal.
How quickly can we get set up?
Setup is designed to be fast and low-lift. Once confirmed, deployment is plug-and-play with onboarding support from our team.
How do partners make revenue?
Revenue model depends on the partner format (Venue, Festival, or Campsite). We tailor the commercial structure and provide visibility on expected performance.
